1. General Disclaimer

The information provided on this website and in any marketing materials relating to La Victoire Condominium (“Development”) is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

All renderings, floor plans, site plans, pricing, dimensions, square footages, specifications, features, finishes, and other details are preliminary, conceptual, and approximate. They may be modified, revised, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the developer.

Nothing contained herein shall constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a condominium unit.

2. Developer

In the event of any inconsistency between marketing materials and the official condominium documents, the condominium documents shall control.

5. Floor Plans & Dimensions

All floor plans are for illustrative purposes only. Dimensions are approximate and may vary due to construction tolerances, design revisions, field conditions, or other factors. Furniture layouts and decorative items are not included in the purchase of any unit unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Pricing & Availability

Pricing, unit availability, and terms are subject to change without notice. No reservation or agreement shall be binding unless set forth in a fully executed written Purchase and Sale Agreement signed by the purchaser and the Developer.

7. Amenities & Common Areas

All descriptions of amenities, common areas, and shared facilities are subject to final design, permitting, and construction approvals. Certain amenities may be subject to condominium rules, usage fees, or future modification.

8. No Warranty

Except as expressly set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement or required by Massachusetts law, the Developer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Development or any unit therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer, its affiliates, brokers, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any reliance placed upon marketing materials or website content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes relating to the Development shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

11. Brokerage Disclosure
